Founded in 2013, Fastback is an established Belgian technology company based in Namur, delivering specialised dealer software for used vehicle stock management.

The company has built a strong market position, a recognised product portfolio, and a deep presence within the Belgian automotive ecosystem.

Today, Fastback is part of the EAG Group, an international investment group dedicated to accelerating the digital transformation of the automotive market across Europe.

Founded in 2018 in the Czech Republic, EAG Group has grown into a European group bringing together approximately 14 companies across the continent.

Its ambition is clear: to monetise the vehicle throughout its entire lifecycle — from first sale to final service.

To lead the next growth phase of Fastback, we are looking for a CEO – driving transformation and growth.

 

This is a transformation leadership role in a market that is only beginning to fully understand the strategic importance of data, SaaS and digital solutions within automotive retail.

The role is about renewal, leadership, commercial acceleration and cultural transformation.

    A leader who can represent Fastback externally and strengthen the company’s reputation and positioning in the Belgian automotive market.
  2. A strong growth mindset
    A commercially driven entrepreneur who can develop business with key accounts, importers, dealer groups and strategic partners — both in Belgium and internationally.
  3. Strong customer orientation
    A leader who deeply understands customer needs, protects and expands the existing customer base, and translates product and service excellence into long-term retention and loyalty.
  4. Internal leadership and organisational discipline
    A CEO who can unite Sales, IT, Helpdesk and Operations (20 employees) into one aligned organisation, creating ownership, accountability and a strong sense of shared purpose.

  • Strong Belgian automotive market credibility and experience with automotive technology or SaaS solutions
    A recognised track record and strong relationship-based credibility within the automotive ecosystem, with dealers, dealer groups, importers or automotive service providers.
  • Commercial leadership, customer trust and retention mindset
    Senior-level entrepreneurship and business leadership with the ability to sharpen the value proposition, improve revenue performance and turn customer insights into growth opportunities and strong communication.
  • Local operational leadership and change management capability
    Experience in transformation, turnaround or change management environments. A constructive and pragmatic leader who can define direction, align teams, clarify responsibilities and create a strong sense of common purpose.
  • Ability to operate within an international group structure
    A leader who understands local market realities — including dealership operations and the specific expectations of Belgian customers — while successfully aligning local priorities with the broader group strategy.

The role requires fluency in English, French and Dutch and regular travel within Belgium and across Europe.

Furthermore, you understand the logic of automotive systems and dealership processes:Dealer Management Systems, stock management, vehicle publication, pricing tools, trade-in processes, remarketing, integrations, data quality and dealership workflows.
